Overview

A large title insurance underwriter and mortgage services provider was struggling to manage increasing volumes of claims and processing requests.

The Challenge

The client needed a scalable solution to manage growing title and mortgage processing volumes while maintaining accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs.

Our Approach

Qualfon implemented a global processing model that included delivery teams in the U.S., China, and the Philippines. The program was supported by rapid implementation and training of staff to ensure quick ramp-up. Qualfon provided title and mortgage processing support, including data keying, information searching, quality control, and examination functions.

The Results

The solution scaled to more than 500 employees supporting operations globally. It achieved approximately 95% accuracy and delivered millions in savings. The program also improved scalability by supporting more than 150 title and mortgage products.
