Matt discusses Qualfon’s efforts in helping shape the future of employees that will one day lead the company. Matt shares his many backgrounds including the army, the automobile industry and even selling insurance. His faith gave him the courage to strive for having a larger impact and guided him in creating the leadership programs in place today. Matt believes in developing employees holistically by encouraging them to pursue their total vocation.
