STRIDES is an acronym that represents our seven company values:

Results Though this is commonly associated with financial performance and client KPls, it’s much more than that. Much like our mission states, we strive to be the best at everything we do by meeting goals effectively, efficiently and with a solutions-based approach.
Integrity We honor our word. It is human to make mistakes, and it’s divine to admit to them. We believe in transparency and will always value honesty within our organization.
Dignity Business goals will not be achieved at the expense of dignity. Dignity is one of the most important things for us to have within our client relationships. Having dignity not only means being valued and treated with respect, but also valuing and treating others with respect.

To help our people discover their total vocation, we’ve built programs and systems that allow employees to gain new skills, learn new technologies, and succeed in higher-ranking positions over time.
An example of one of these programs is Qualfon’s Transformation of the Supervisor Role initiative. To participate in this selective 61-hour training, employees must meet performance, attendance, and mathematics proficiency requirements and have a recommendation from their Operations Manager or Site Director.
The program itself includes instructor-led training sessions, online courses and modules, on-the-job training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become an effective program supervisor. Each participant completes Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and receives a certificate from The Keisen Institute recognizing their Six Sigma status.
The Transformation of the Supervisor Role initiative includes four stages:
1. Selection: Candidates are selected for the program based on their basic talents and interests. The Operations team looks for employees who demonstrate a natural aptitude for leadership and enthusiasm for our person-focused mission.
2. Supervisor Readiness: Candidates are selected for the program based on their basic talents and interests. The Operations team looks for employees who demonstrate a natural aptitude for leadership and enthusiasm for our person-focused mission.
3. On-the-Job Training: When participants are placed in a supervisory role, they learn the position with careful oversight and coaching from a formal mentor. This gives new supervisors an opportunity to train hands-on while accessing regular guidance and accountability as they get up to speed. They complete Six Sigma Green Belt training and learn specifics about different arms of the business in detail.
4. Ongoing Development: New supervisors continue to receive personalized coaching and training throughout their tenures, thanks to our culture of continuous improvement and ongoing education.
Rochat School of Business is an international private school within the Qualfon family that provides accessible, high-quality online education for business professionals. Since 2017, Rochat has been offering degree and specialization programs that empower students to grow personally and professionally.
With online campuses based in Montreux, Switzerland, and Monterrey, Mexico, Rochat serves students across three continents, delivering a multicultural learning experience in both English and Spanish.
