David brings an impressive combination of military leadership and corporate expertise to Qualfon’s mission to improve lives with every interaction. His extensive background in customer experience strategy and operations spans Fortune 100 companies to digitally focused startups, making him uniquely positioned to drive operational excellence within Qualfon’s insurance sector growth.
Most recently, David served as Chief Service Officer at Goosehead Insurance, where he led customer experience initiatives. His corporate journey also includes significant executive leadership roles at USAA, where he oversaw acquisitions, process engineering, and outsourced sales and service contact center operations.
David’s leadership foundation was built during his 11 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, where he developed the discipline and strategic thinking that would define his corporate career. He graduated with a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and earned his MBA in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
His experience with outsourced contact center operations and proven track record of scaling operations from large enterprises to startups directly aligns with Qualfon’s approach to delivering exceptional results.

Currently residing in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, David is a dedicated family man with two children. His son serves in the Navy and is stationed in San Diego, California, while his daughter is studying Forensic Chemistry at Sam Houston State University. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his children, walking his dogs, hiking, and watching sports.
David will report to Doug Wells and will focus on operational excellence and customer experience strategy for CX Insurance operations.
