The Qualfon Higher Education Program started in 2017, providing different online learning platforms for skills development, micro-degrees, and specialization programs. The program offers a wide range of subjects from business, technology, and data science to creative arts. Some courses are taught by industry experts, while others are taught from the world’s top universities and educational institutions. Employees can view these programs on a variety of devices (e.g., laptop, tablet, or smartphone), as well as off line, making it easier for Qualfon employees to study while working.
Another benefit of the program is that students have the guidance and support of a learning partner. In addition to one-to-one programs, students participate in group meetings along with mentors and other students to engage, excite, and enlighten students in educational and life issues; to pursue their learning path and reach their full potential in their careers and lives.
