Qualfon, a mission-driven business process outsourcing (BPO) company and global provider of contact center services, will host a one-day event for health insurance clients to focus on delivering high-quality service experiences in today’s shifting healthcare environment. The
March 16th Users Summit is designed to create a shared environment where multiple companies can collaborate around open enrollment procedures, onboarding processes, and service innovation.
