Qualfon created the Qualfon Foundation to support our mission to be the best BPO and make people’s lives better. Qualfon designates portions of its revenue to support people, families, and communities, and the Qualfon Foundation is the entity responsible for turning these funds into programs and services that enhance people’s lives.
In 2013, 539 Qualfon employees volunteered 2,518 hours of their time in support of programs, which benefited 42 non-profit and charitable organizations and positively impacted roughly 28,000 people.
In 2013, the Foundation provided the following support for our people and their families:
- 1,680 employees benefited from “Milk Subsidy” and “Lend a Hand” programs
- Free medical consultations were made available to employees in the Philippines and Guyana (medicines and vitamins are free when they are prescribed)
- 2,160 care sessions were provided to employees through Qualfon’s interfaith chaplaincy program, which has six full time chaplains who offer counseling, support, mentoring, and advice
